Yes. Free is an ongoing free plan you can stay on for as long as you like. You can move from Free to Team at any time from your account settings, and Enterprise plans are arranged with our team.
Team is priced per paid team member. Admins, Managers and Members are paid team members. Every paid team member adds capacity to the organisation's shared pool. Reporter users are free.
Your organisation's included Agreements, Protected Documents, Secure Deliveries, Storage and SMS Credits are pooled across the team. They are not locked to individual users.
Yes. You can add Reporter users at no additional cost. Reporters can access the reports and audit information they have permission to view, but cannot upload, send or create document transactions.
Each paid team member you add increases your organisation's shared capacity. Volume pricing applies automatically as the number of paid team members increases, so your per-member rate reduces as your team grows.
Yes. Collecting payment as part of the agreement workflow is included on Free, Team and Enterprise.
Free does not include SMS Credits. On Team, every paid team member adds 10 SMS Credits to your organisation's shared pool each month. Enterprise SMS Credits are agreed as part of your custom capacity.
We let you know as your organisation approaches its included capacity, with alerts at 75% and 90%. When you reach 100%, some actions may be restricted until you increase capacity by adding paid team members or moving to a plan with more capacity.
